Our Story GLOW Skin Care Clinic was founded by Alona Palm, a licensed esthetician whose journey combines decades of healthcare experience with a lifelong passion for helping others. Born in Ukraine, Alona grew up inspired by her grandmother, a dermatologist who later devoted her career to helping people through a combination of medical knowledge, esthetics, and natural herbal remedies. Watching her grandmother care for patients with both expertise and compassion planted the seed for what would eventually become GLOW. Although that passion remained close to her heart, life first led Alona into the pharmaceutical and clinical research industry. For 26 years, she built a successful career helping support the development of innovative medical therapies, gaining extensive experience in science, patient care, quality, and evidence-based practice. Then life presented an unexpected opportunity. After being laid off following more than two decades in the pharmaceutical industry, Alona chose to see the change not as an ending but as the beginning of a new chapter. Whether it was changing technology, a shifting industry, or simply life opening a different door, she decided to follow the legacy that had inspired her since childhood. She returned to school, became a licensed esthetician, and founded GLOW Skin Care Clinic. Today, she combines her clinical research background with modern esthetic technologies, professional skincare products, and a personalized approach to help clients achieve healthier skin with confidence.
